Bosnia Agile invites you to speak at the 11th Bosnia Agile Day conference, scheduled to take a place in Hotel Ibis, Sarajevo, May 17, 2024.The theme of the conference is Navigating Change with Confidence.
We are looking for talks and workshops with the following categories:
- Software Development: Topics focusing on the creation, enhancement, or management of software products, processes, and methodologies.
- Real Agile Stories: Narratives or case studies illustrating practical applications, challenges, and successes in adopting Agile methodologies.
- High-performance Teams and Psychological Safety: Discussions around fostering environments where teams excel, emphasizing psychological safety, trust, and collaboration.
- Agile Adoption/Transformation/Change: Insights into the journey, challenges, and strategies involved in adopting, transforming, or implementing Agile practices within organizations.
- Leadership and Organization: Exploration of leadership styles, organizational structures, and their impact on Agile methodologies and overall business success.
- AI - Artificial Intelligence

Submission review process:
Following the close of submissions, our review team will vote on and discuss submissions to select the highest quality talks for our audience. You will be notified by the April, 15th.2024, if your submission has been selected.
